This comprehensive, 55-page full body weight training guide comes with nutrition tips, detailed instructions, and a visual reference guide for all the movements and exercises. These are the type of workouts I do on a daily basis. If you are looking to tone, gain muscle, or build some strength this is for you. This guide can be for anybody, it starts at beginner level and works its way up. You will need access to a gym to complete this guide. It is a 6 week guide that includes 4-5 workouts a week.

Whether you’re new to weight training or an expert, this guide is for everyone. Starting at a beginner level and working its way up, you will perform 4- 5 workouts a week with each day being different muscle groups. You will have 2 leg days a week, with the other 2-3 days being upper body. You will need full access to a gym to complete this guide.
