Are you looking to burn fat, and improve your strength? HIIT with Britt is a full body workout program designed to do just that – burn calories while getting stronger. There are 25 total workouts, each ranging from 30 to 45 minutes. These workouts consist of high-intensity movements to get your heart rate going with little rest time and full body work. You decide where you want to work out – at home or in the gym! Minimal equipment is required – all you will need are:

  • Resistance bands (short & long)
