This 23-page guide is completely focused on your lower body. It will tone and strengthen all of your lower body including those glutes girl:). It is a 4 week program that has 4 workouts each week. You will need access to a gym to get the full benefits out of this guide.

BOOTY by BRITT is ALL about the lower body! Who doesn’t want a toned booty?? Over the course of four weeks, you will perform a total of 16 workouts (four per week). These workouts will include a mixture of glute exercises, hamstring exercises and quadriceps exercises. This guide does require you to be in a gym with a range of equipment.
